This DWI breath testing machine is used exclusively throughout the State of New Jersey. Additionally, Kevin is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and other DUI / DWI attorney groups that routinely meet throughout the country in order to discuss innovations in defending DUI/DWI clients.

Essex County is a county located in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is the third-most populous county in the state, having dropped behind Middlesex County, and one of only two counties in the state to see a decline in population during the decade between 2000 and 2010 (Cape May County being the other). Today Essex County, with 21 municipalities ranging over 127 square miles and a total population of 765,348, is New Jersey’s second most populous County. The Essex County economy continues to shift from a manufacturing base to a service oriented economy and many corporate giants as PSE&G, Bell Atlantic, ADP, and Prudential have their headquarters located in Essex County.
